The railway in honour at Pollutec 2025! From 7 to 10 October, Pollutec in Lyon was an opportunity to highlight the railway sector and its commitment to environmental performance. During the round table "Incentive to environmental performance by markets: the case of the rail sector", moderated by Stefan MALIVET, our CSR Manager, several experts from the sector shared their experiences and best practices: Vincent MONCLUS, Project Manager Responsible Procurement/Decarbonation RATPgroup, Sophie Cahen Environmental Transition Director of FNTP, Philippe Pons, President of Syntec-Engineering Infrastructure. The discussion focused on: - Integration of CSR criteria in procurement to promote environmental performance. - Innovations and collaborations that reduce the ecological footprint while ensuring performance and reliability. - The role of public and private procurement as levers of ecological transition in rail. Pollutec also marked the first official event of the Alliance de l'Industrie et de l'Ingénierie des Réseaux Rails, whose FIF is a founding member alongside SNCF Réseau, Syntec-Ingénierie, Voies Ferrées de France - SETVF, RATPgroup Infrastructures and SERCE - Energy and digital transition companies. The alliance was present with a corner on the SNCF Réseau stand, illustrating the strength of the collective to advance the stakes of the railway networks.
