Job offer: Junior Mission Officer of the Industry Department Who are we? FIF is the voice of the French railway industry. It binds companies in the sector; rolling stock, infrastructure, signalling, engineering; and carries their interests with the French and European public authorities. Within the Industry Pole, we support and defend the competitiveness and sovereignty of the industry, around key strategic issues: Decarbonation, reindustrialization, supply chain, innovation and skills development. Your role As Head of Mission of the Industry Centre, you will accompany the Director of the Pole in the monitoring, analysis and implementation of the structural projects of the railway sector. You will be involved in four main areas: 1. Monitoring and strategic analysis Follow public industrial policies and French and European technological developments affecting the rail sector. Contribute to the development of notes and analyses to inform the strategic decisions of the FIF and its members. 2. Project management Support the facilitation of industrial working groups (preparation, monitoring, reporting). Actively participate in structuring and deploying key projects in the sector: relocation, circular economy, employment/training, industrial innovation. 3. Expertise & Operational Support Provide methodological and analytical support on industrial issues. Contribute to the creation of guides, tools and benchmarks adapted to the rail sector. 4. Representation & Communication Participate in drafting of arguments and institutional communication materials. Attend external meetings with public authorities, operators and partners. To contribute to the exploitation of the actions of the Industry Centre. Your profile Bac +3 or Bac +5 in project management, business consultancy, political science, economics, business strategy or organization development. Young graduate with first significant experience in consulting, professional organization or project management. Strong analytical, synthesis and writing capabilities. Good control of the Office pack. Common professional English. Curiosity, rigor, sense of organization and team spirit. Taste for industrial, economic and territorial issues. A real curiosity for the railway sector and its transformations: decarbonation, innovation, industry 4.0, industrial sovereignty.
