First meeting of the FIF Grand Est, a new stage for the regional railway line!

The first meeting of the FIF Grand Est, a new stage for the regional railway sector! This morning, in Strasbourg, the first meeting of the FIF Grand Est territorial delegation took place, marking a major first in structuring the regional railway industry. Following the announcement of its creation on July 10, this meeting provided an opportunity to present the structure and office of the FIF Grand Est, as well as to discuss the first concrete actions and future prospects. Around Jacques Gargowitsch, Chairman of the FS Group and Chairman of the FIF Grand Est delegation, the four vice-presidents met: Stéphanie Dommange, Regional Coordinator of the SNCF Group Julien Guilleret, Director of CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) of Reichshoffen Julien Rat, Director of the railway department of the Lohr Group - Eric Tassilly, President of Knorr-Bremse Tinqueux - Railway systems France More than sixty companies from the East have responded to discover the project, understand why and how to join the FIF Grand Est, and share their expectations to strengthen together the competitiveness and visibility of the regional railway sector. These rich exchanges continued around a friendly cocktail, a symbol of a collective dynamic in motion. The FIF Grand Est embodies the common will of the actors of the territory to make the railway a strong lever of industrial development, innovation and sovereignty.
