Clap end on an inspiring #SIFER2025, with a final day dedicated to tomorrow's talents! To finish this beautiful edition, the Federation of Railway Industries had the pleasure of welcoming some thirty high school students for an immersion in the heart of the railway trades, thus closing the Assises de l'attractivité des métiers rails launched by the AIF - Association of Railway Industries and the Hauts-de-France Region since Tuesday. In particular, high school students were able to attend the conference "The railway is for me!" hosted by Magali SENAUX (FIF), with the exciting testimonies of: ▪ Lina Duarte, project leader at UBIRAIL ▪ Anne Caroline Ghosn, Director of Human Resources – Vossloh Switch Systems The objective is to show the richness of the career paths, the diversity of opportunities and the modernity of careers in our industry. The morning continued with a QR codes hunt organized by GS1 France to explore the GS1 France standards through the show. Participants were also able to experience an immersive experience thanks to the DUBIRAIL virtual reality helmets! UbiRail is a shared platform of digital content, to better train, faster, all over France and promote the railway trades. A huge thank you to all the stakeholders and partners mobilized to bring the attractiveness of our industry to the younger generations. This last day marks the end of an exceptional 2025 edition of the SIFER. Thanks to all visitors, exhibitors, partners, stakeholders and especially our members for these three days of exchanges and enthusiasm around the future of the railway.
