Roadtrain Girly 2025: a major initiative for the feminization of the railway sector In 2024, the AIF - Association of Railway Industries in partnership with France Travail conducted a strong action to encourage the feminization of the railway sector. Building on the success of the 2024 edition, the Roadtrain Girly was held again this year, coordinated by CMQ Railway Industry Automobile Eco-Mobility with a reinforced ambition: to offer women an unprecedented immersion in the heart of the railway industry throughout France. A key initiative for the future of rail With the commitment of the AIF - Association of Railway Industries and France Travail, this 2025 edition was extended to new territories, with the support of regional clusters FERROCAMPUS and Réseau Mecateamcluster under the sponsorship of FIF. An essential mobilization to open the gates of the railway industry to more female talent and to fight against the ideas received.
