At the heart of the railway sector in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes: immersion with our members and partners The Federation of Railway Industries visited Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes for two days of rich exchanges with its members and partners committed to the heart of the industry. This sequence was marked by an immersion at Alstom's site in Villeurbanne: A visit to the workshops, highlighting the excellence of the industrial tools and teams mobilized. Only site of the group capable of designing and industrialising the entire railway electronics in one place We also went to meet the SMEs in the sector, to be as close to their specific realities and needs. On this occasion, we exchanged with: "Didier Midroit, CEO of Centralp, a company of 150 employees specializing in electronics and embedded software essential for our sovereignty issues, around legal solutions to deal with the impacts of the geopolitical crisis. This field visit continued with several of our members, illustrating the diversity and industrial excellence of our ecosystem: ADES Technologies – exchanges with David D., Sales and Marketing Director, and immersion at the heart of an SME specializing in the manufacture of critical components (vanes) installed on railway rolling stock. KFS MOBILITY – Meeting and discussions with the Managing Director, Fang Flora LI, around a major player in the manufacture of railway seats, covering the entire product life cycle. These meetings confirm the dynamism of the railway sector in the region, led by committed, innovative and rooted actors in the territories, and underline the importance of accompaniment adapted to industrial SMEs.
