Cesatec designs and manufactures railway light signalling equipment in Florange, France, for mainline, metro and tramway networks. Part of Ninety Twenty Group since 2023, the company works with infrastructure managers, operators and system integrators in France and internationally. Its LED signal ranges (NIXEA, HELIOS, LUMILINE) are built on a modular "Push Pull" architecture: each module can be replaced in under five minutes without tools, keeping intervention time and maintenance costs to a minimum. Products are available in SIL4-certified versions with fault feedback. Cesatec also develops LumiSafe®, a patented protection system for staff working on tracks and trains in maintenance depots, awarded the SNCF Innovation Gold Trophy.
