In the railway sector, Eddyfi relies on two industry leaders: • Senceive (UK): A global pioneer and benchmark in wireless IoT. It specializes in ultra-low-power connected sensor architectures for real-time monitoring of track geometry, structures, and soil. The Flatmesh product is deployed across numerous global networks—including in France—to meet operator requirements. • Sisgeo (Italy): An international leader in high-precision geotechnical instrumentation, recognized for designing wired monitoring systems and highly reliable structural sensors. The FLX-RAIL® product, jointly developed with RATP and SNCF, is a unique tool that meets the need for track geometry measurement while trains are passing at full speed. Railway Division Business Applications • Track geometry monitoring: Automated, near-real-time monitoring of cant, longitudinal level, ballast replenishment, and rail temperature (CWR), as well as detection of physical shocks to the track using Senceive High-G impact sensors. • Structural health monitoring: Continuous monitoring of the structural integrity of railway bridges (pier rotation, deflection) and tunnels (convergence, segmental lining deformation), as well as the verticality of catenary masts. • Geotechnical risk management: Instant detection of ground movement, rockfalls, slope failures, and falling boulders—directly protecting rail traffic through automated alerts and connected detection barriers.
