An immersive day for women in search of employment, in retraining or in reflection on their career orientation, to: Discover the industrial, technical and engineering trades of the railway Visit industrial sites Exchange with professionals Initiated by the AIF - Association of Railway Industries, organised with France Travail, the CMQ Railway Industry Automobile Eco-Mobility and under the aegis of the FIF, this initiative is part of the industry's commitment to the mix and attractiveness of industrial trades. National and territorial mobilization This year, the Roadtrain Girly is deployed throughout France, thanks to the mobilization of clusters, joined by many companies: The Mecateamcluster Network organizes: • Novium & Erion France: visit of the workshops of Montceau-les-Mines, sharing of experiences and women's journeys • NGE - BTP & TSO, railway works: presentation of the company, visit of workshops and testimonies of collaborators • Colas Rail & RAMFER: visits and exchanges with employees • SOUND INSTITUTE: workshop visit and welding demonstration • Wabtec Corporation: visit of Saint-Pierre-des-Corps • Eiffage Rail: discovery of railway maintenance trades at Mecateam Workshop in Saint-Pierre-des-Corps Highlands of France with AIF - Association of Railway Industries An immersive day with: • Escape Game Trades • Job discovery workshops • Visit of Alstom's industrial site in Petite-Forêt New Aquitaine with FERROCAMPUS • Visit of workshops and exchanges with professionals of the Industrial Technicentre Charentes Périgord - SNCF Travellers Equipment in Saintes. • Visit Alstom's site in Aytré in Charente-Maritime.
