Meeting at the Cluster TOTEM Convention, the FIF and the railway players are looking at the future and opportunities of a sector undergoing transformation. On 4 July, the Federation of Railway Industries was pleased to participate in the TOTEM Cluster Convention. At this event, together with industry experts, our president, Patrick Jeantet, took part in a captivating round table on the consequences of the evolution of the originators. He stressed in particular that "culture change is an opportunity for industrialists to highlight their know-how and achievements not only with the originators but also with new interlocutors such as the regions". It was also an opportunity to address several key issues for our industry: The reduction in rail costs Standardisation for a wider market The remarkable initiative of the Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region to set up a common structure for the ownership of their rolling stock.
