Back to the 1st edition of "Networks Crosses" The Federation of Railway Industries had the pleasure of participating in the first edition of "Crossed Networks", organized by SNCF Réseau, in partnership with the Alliance of Industry and Engineering of Railway Networks. This morning, dedicated to economic issues and employment in the rail sector, was an opportunity to discuss with all the players in the rail network sector, around shared challenges: skills, attractiveness of trades and territorial development. Magali SENAUX, Employment, Attractiveness and Training Advisor at the FIF, spoke during the second round table on "The railway industry at the service of employment in the territories" in order to highlight several structural levers to meet these challenges: The deployment of the Employment and Skills Development Commitment (EDEC) of the railway industry, a real strategic lever for developing the jobs and skills of the industry, whose portal "With the railway industry" is a real tool that values trades and training through a virtual factory, business records and an intelligent guidance assistant. The creation of the first FIF regional delegation in the East to act as close as possible to the territories on three priority axes including the Attraction of Trades and Skills.
