[PLF 2025] What is the status of the €100 billion investment plan for the railway? While Finance Bill 2025 has just been introduced, we note with regret that there is no mention of the necessary investments for the rail sector. This absence is all the more regrettable given the commitment made by Prime Minister Elizabeth Borne over a year ago to a €100 billion investment plan for rail transport. Although the level of the budget for the rail sector is maintained, this investment promise remains essential to modernise our infrastructure and support the ecological transition.
