Official opening of #SIFER2025 — A highlight for the entire railway industry! The 14th edition of the SIFER opened today with a notable inaugural sequence in the presence of Philippe TABAROT, Minister responsible for Transport: A first highlight with the hologram presentation of the TELLi model, by members of the SNCF Group consortium, Texelis, Wabtec Corporation, CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles), Hitachi Rail, Alstom and FERROCAMPUS. On the occasion of the opening ceremony, took the floor to highlight the strategic stakes of our sector: Arianna Rossini, Director of IFER, Christophe Coulon, Vice-President in charge of Transport for the Hauts-de-France Region, Matthieu Chabanel, President of SNCF Network, Patrick Jeantet, President of FIF, The European Rail Supply Industry Association, Philippe TABAROT, Minister responsible for Transport In his speech, the Minister recalled his willingness to relaunch the CORIFER, and confirmed the continued financial support of the State for the innovation of the railway sector, in the continuity of the two Calls for Demonstration of Interest (AMI CORIFER 2021 and 2023). The official delegation then travelled through the fair alleys, meeting many companies including some of our members: ACTIA Railway, ETF, Wabtec Corporation, Pandrol, and concluded its visit with a moment of conviviality on the FIF village.
