Student creativity at the service of tomorrow's railway! This Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in Paris, at the UIC - International union of railways #UICrail#UICrail#UICrail, held the big final of #RailInnovationChallenge, a national competition co-organized by FERROCAMPUS and AFFI. This challenge has invited student teams to devise concrete and innovative solutions to the major railway challenges, addressing key themes such as: Sustainable mobility Security and accessibility Digital innovation Intermodality and user experience For several months, the teams worked with industrial mentors to develop impact-bearing ideas at the interface between technology, service and ecological transition. During this final, each team had the opportunity to present its project to a jury composed of experts from the railway sector, representatives of companies and institutions. A great congratulations to the finalists and winners: 1st prize : Bocconcini, Service facilitating the journey of seniors, designed by Agnese Porro and Tess Hofer Public Award: Boccconcini 2nd prize: GW Clean Braking, a brake particle capture project designed by Lucian Percheron, Théo Sonnet, Victor Perrin Thomas Rouchet of ESTACA - École Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile et Guided Ways 3rd prize: The Challengers, an interactive mapping solution to facilitate travel at stations designed by Garance Terrisse-Laubry, Hugo Fallot and Simon Grunenwald of EFREI - Large digital school The FIF congratulates the commitment of all these young talents, the quality of the ideas proposed and the collective drive of Ferrocampus and AFFI to bring the worlds of training, industry and innovation closer together. #FIF #Innovation #IndustrieFerviary #TalentFerroviary
