Celebrate Carole Vignon's excellence and commitment to the railway industry! It is with great pride that we announce the appointment of our member, Carole Vignon, Director of Services for #Vossloh in France, to the rank of Chevalier in the National Order of Merit. This honour, awarded by the Ministry of Economy, recognizes its exceptional commitment and outstanding contributions to the French railway industry. More than just recognition of its merits, this nomination also symbolizes a woman's fulcruming ascension into an area traditionally dominated by men. On Tuesday, February 13, the FIF had the honour of receiving this ceremony to celebrate its appointment. During this evening, Patrick Jeantet, President of FIF and Chevalier in the Legion of Honour, presented him with the insignia of Chevalier in the National Order of Merit in the presence of members of the management of the Vossloh Group and numerous personalities of the railway sector. This event was also an opportunity to highlight Carole Vignon's talent and perseverance while inspiring future generations of women to embrace careers in the railway industry. Carole Vignon is a real inspiration for women and men working in the railway industry. Her passion, dynamism and rigor make her a model for future generations. After being the winner of the annual National Women Equity Award for the 2020 edition, her nomination as Chevalier in the National Order of Merit is a strong symbol of the importance of diversity and inclusion in our sector.
