Today, on this International Women's Rights Day, the Federation of Railway Industries highlights an exceptional woman who embodies strength and leadership in our industry. As a Knight of the National Order of Merit, it is a strong symbol of the importance of diversity and inclusion in our sector. By highlighting her talents, expertise and energy, Carole Vignon offers inspiration to women who are considering a career in the industry and especially in the railway industry. We celebrate Carole's journey, achievements and impact, as well as all women who, like her, challenge stereotypes and push boundaries in the rail sector. Their presence and contribution are essential to our collective success. Carole, today Managing Director at VOSSLOH Services France, is a multi-disciplinary IEP/Sciences-Po Lyon and Master 2 in Public Business Law. She has more than 15 years of experience in the railway sector, covering various responsibilities such as building management, engineering, consulting and corporate management. In 2020, Carole was the recipient of the annual Women Equity award for her leadership in an SME.
