On Tuesday 2 July, our director of the industrial division, Jean-Jacques MOGORO, spoke during the cycle of conferences of the University of Engineering alongside Misoo Yoon, Deputy Director General HR of SNCF Réseau, of Anne DEGROOTE BOUCHER, Director General HR of the Technical Directorates of SNCF Réseau and Barbara Grau, Head of European and International Affairs of the HRD of SNCF Réseau, to exchange on "The future of the railway: the challenge of training and skills". The opportunity to present the actions of the FIF and the railway sector in the area of attractiveness of railway trades and especially in the field of training, thanks in particular to the implementation, currently under way, of the commitment to the development of employment and skills (EDEC) of the railway industry.
